Ray and Tamra are a husband and wife team with over 14 years of combined experience in beach wedding planning and professional wedding photography. They absolutely love what they do and it shows with every wedding and photo shoot.

More About Us........

Owner's Ray and Tamra Turner met in 1998 at their best friend's wedding (so cliche' but true!)They were friends instantly, they hoped to see each other again and did in October of 1999....... it's history from there.......Tamra and Ray were married in August of 2000 at a beautiful Civil War Mansion in Murfreesboro, Tennessee just outside of Nashville. They honeymooned in Destin, Florida and that is what eventually led to their move to the Destin area in November of 2004. Tamra continued her career in real estate sales and Ray began DJ'ing for wedding receptions on the weekends. This is how they began to meet wonderful people in the wedding industry and were offered their own opportunity in February of 2006. In the beginning Tamra planned to operate the business on her own, they never expected Sunshine Wedding Company to grow as fast as it did. By July of 2006 Ray was able to retire from corporate America and began working full time for Tamra. They are together every minute of every day......it may not work for some married couples, but it works for them and they wouldn't have it any other way......if you ask Ray who the boss is, he'll gladly tell you, his wife :). Tamra and Ray love spending time with their three children and feel truly blessed to live in such a beautiful place.
